Processing of Personal Data
Ventoux collects the Personal Data that you provide it with via the Website in connection with its service provision, questions and comments. The Personal Data collection outlined above does not take place automatically but only when you choose to share your Personal Data with us through for instance e-mail when requesting information. The acquired Personal Data will not be used for any additional purpose.

Ventoux may engage a Processor for the processing purpose as set out in this Privacy-& Cookie Policy. If this is the case, Ventoux will make sure to enter have an agreement in place with the Processor to ensure that the Processor provides sufficient guarantees as regards the technical and organisational security measures to be put in place for processing operations to be carried out.

Ventoux uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service that is offered by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics is used for analysis purposes and to improve the use of the Website.
Ventoux has entered into a data processor agreement with Google. Ventoux has also masked the last octet of IP addresses, because of which Google Analytics does not collect complete IP addresses. All options relating to the sharing of data with Google have been deactivated in Google Analytics too. Finally, Ventoux does not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics.
Google offers you the option to opt-out of Google Analytics via a browser extension, preventing the use of your data for Google Analytics. If you would like to utilize this option, download the browser extension here.
There is a possibility that Google may still collect Personal Data. Ventoux does not have any control over this situation. You are advised in this regard to read Google's privacy policy (which may be updated on a regular basis), to see what they do with Personal Data.
Social media cookies
The Website also features a number of buttons that make it possible to share the Website on social media, such as LinkedIn by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company , Twitter by Twitter Inc. and YouTube by YouTube LLC (“social media”). These buttons work using strings of code generated by the social media itself. The codes are then used to place cookies. Ventoux does not have any control over this situation. You are advised to read the privacy policy for the social media in question (which may be updated on a regular basis), to see what they do with the Personal Data they collect via these cookies.
Google and social media may pass on the information collected via their cookies to third parties if required to do so by law, or if these third parties are processing the information on behalf of (one of) them. The information will be transferred to and saved on servers in the United States. Ventoux is not responsible for ensuring that this is the case and excludes all liability.
